I've been trying to upload this for a while without success, let's hope I can manage today.
Mills' set is mentioned lovingly in Margrave of the Marshes, Peel apparently naively suggesting that the 50 records Mills had brought with him would be far too many for the half-hour slot that he was allowed, only to stand back in awe as he proceeded to play every vinyl he'd brought.
Actually, friends, I need some help with this one (for a change). The file is labelled as being from 22nd May, 2002, but the only reference to Mills on the Peel show are for 22nd May, 2003. Indeed, the streaming audo of the 2003 set, which you can listen to on the Peel BBC website is different from the set you're about to download.

According to the old Vhiessu Project website, Jeff Mills did do a live set from Maida Vale on 22nd May 2002 - for some reason it's not listed on the BBC website, which only has the one from 2003 with the streaming audio, that's 26th February 2003 though.
Anyway, good luck in uploading it - really looking forward to hearing it!
I've just checked through my listings and it seems I have two shows where Jeff did a live set. The first tallies with what steve says above, having a date of 26th. February 2003. However, it seems that the other session is from the 15th September 2004 show. I suppose it's possible that that 2004 one it could have been a repeat though. I'll have to check them out.
I've checked the 2003 and 2004 sets and they're certainly different - both are introduced as live (if you don't have them I can upload them).
Having double checked Vheissu, it seems the 2002 set was repeated on 6th June, and that there was a previous live set broadcast on 19th May 1998. Be great if somebody had that (he said optimistically)...
Margrave says the 50-record Mills set was from May 1998, with a 30 minute set (p. 444 paperback). The download on this post is 1 hour 8 minutes, so I don't think this is the one described in Margrave.
This Peel playlist archive has Mills definitely doing a set in May 98:
